Abu Dhabi Grand Prix 2010

As a precursor to its ‘Journey to Maranello’, the Number 1 Copy made its debut at the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix in 2010 where it was launched at the Ferrari Opus press conference. It then found its way into the Galleria at Ferrari World to be exhibited among the most iconic Ferrari cars and historic memorabilia, before finally being presented on the Ferrari yacht at the Yas Marina bay on race day.

The Number 1 Copy is currently on its way to the home of Ferrari for the inaugural signing by Ferrari President Luca di Montezemolo, vice-president Piero Ferrari, CEO Amedeo Felisa, team principal Stefano Dominicali and, of course, the current Ferrari F1 drivers, Fernando Alonso and Felipe Massa. Once signed, the one-off edition will begin its journey around the world, taking in all the 2011 grands prix venues.
